Do Right by People. Take Pride in Your Work.

We believe a business is only as good as the work it does and the way it treats people. That's why we hold ourselves to two simple standards: treat every customer with honesty and integrity, and take pride in doing exceptional work.
It's how we built this business, and it's how we intend to keep it.

Meet the Team

Justin Epling

OWNER/OPERATOR
RVSA-Certified Since 2021

After 10+ years in the oil field and years of full-time RV living, Justin started Epling RV Repair to spend more time with his family and fulfill his dream of owning a business. He leads our team, still getting his hands dirty as an RVSA-certified technician. Justin is a people person who loves seeing a customer drive away happy. "It doesn't feel like work when you work with people you like - doing what you really love."
Layne Epling

LEAD MOBILE TECH
RVSA-Certified Since 2023

Some jobs require us showing up where you need us. Layne leads our mobile services, so if we're coming to you, you’re likely to see his face! RVSA-certified since 2023, he ensures every project is completed to a standard we’d be comfortable providing our own family. His favorite jobs are electrical issues, and he credits patience and training for getting them solved right.
Danny Norman

SHOP & FIELD TECHNICIAN

Working out of our shop and on mobile jobs, Danny is a technician and right-hand-man. His favorite jobs are AC, heating, and roofs, and his favorite moment is seeing a satisfied customer. He was drawn to working for a family-run business and is grateful to love the work. Ask him what he does here and he'll tell you: "Anything and everything!"
Shaun Gray

SHOP TECHNICIAN

Shaun works hands-on alongside our certified techs on everything from roof work to appliance repairs. You may catch him working in our shop in Zanesville, or on the road with Layne. He takes pride in the details and in getting rigs back to their owners and ready for the road.
Dylan Gibs

SHOP MANAGER

Dylan handles project management, production, logistics, and safety, and he's usually the first person you'll talk to. He loves helping people solve problems they couldn't solve on their own, and he calls himself an over-communicator, so you'll always know where your repair stands.
Tim Davis

SHOP HAND

Big jobs require collaboration and a lot of little things to keep our customers happy. Tim plays a big role in keeping the shop running behind the scenes - from moving rigs and prepping jobs, to making sure our techs have what they need. If your RV is coming or going, there's a good chance Tim had a hand in it.
Bradley Epling

SHOP ASSISTANT

Bradley is the son of Justin and has grown up around RVs, including six years of living in one. He lends a hand in keeping our digital presence up to date while learning the trade from the ground up as our second-generation crew member, one job and one Robux purchase at a time.
Elizabeth Epling

CO-FOUNDER

Elizabeth was there from day one, when Epling RV Repair was a dream, a truck, and an RV they called home for six years. These days she's mostly behind the scenes, stepping in for the digital face of the brand, paperwork, and anything else that needs a second set of eyes.
Ajax Epling

BARKETING MANAGER

Ajax oversees customer relations, shop security, and quality control of every lunch brought into the building. He greets customers personally, inspects every tire, and has never once filed a complaint. His compensation is negotiated daily in treats.

Our Story

From RV Living to RV Repair

Before Epling RV Repair had a shop in Zanesville, we spent six years living in an RV ourselves. We know the joys of camper life — and the frustration of things breaking when you least expect it.

After ten years working in the oil field, Justin decided to turn that firsthand experience into a career helping other RV owners. He earned his RVSA certification, and what started as a traveling RV repair business has grown into a full-service shop with a dedicated team.

We've grown over the years, but our approach hasn't changed: treat people right, do quality work, and help customers enjoy the campers they've worked hard for.
